Optiform Website Redesign

Optiform, Inc., a high-tech form automa­tion and doc­u­ment-based busi­ness pro­cess­ing com­pa­ny, engaged DDP to design a new web­site pres­ence for their expand­ing enter­prise. A con­tem­po­rary site design was cre­at­ed that includ­ed improved site usability/functionality, data-dri­ven page con­tent and an exten­sive web brows­er-based con­tent man­age­ment sys­tem (CMS).

Specific fea­tures include poignent mes­sag­ing and engag­ing full-col­or and black-and-white imagery, a Flash-based “Feature” area mod­ule to visu­al­ly break down Optiform’s automa­tion and process meth­ods into a clear dia­gram­mat­ic pre­sen­ta­tion, and an eff­i­cent tabbed mod­ule area to facil­i­tate direct and easy access to the main sec­tions of their busi­ness, while spe­cif­ic ques­tions quick­ly “guid­ed” vis­i­tors to appro­pri­ate and desired infor­ma­tion, all with­out leav­ing the home­page. In a relat­ed project, Davis Design Partners expand­ed Optiform’s brand mes­sag­ing by devel­op­ing a new tagline for the com­pa­ny, “Your data process­es. Simplified.”
